Just 1 more – Just 1 more

In many respects it seems that I was destined for the sales business from the start, as I was negotiating with my parents from as early as I can remember.

Just like any other kid, I wanted more of what I was enjoying at any given point and my “go to” line was always … “ just 1 more!”

If dad was pushing me on a meri-go-round and it was time to go home “Just 1 more dad!” If mom was putting the candy away “Just 1 more mom!” – it was time to go to bed “just 1 minute more!”

The reality was that I generally got …Just 1 more!…

So, what had that got to do with sales?

Today’s challenge is “Just 1 more!”

Just 1 more prospecting call before you go home or before you end your scheduled prospecting time! As you see the time winding down, you’re starting to think about the trip home or the supper with the family…just 1 more call.

Some quick math …

Let’s assume that your average commission per sale is $ 500.00 and that your closing ratio is 25% (1 in 4 !) and lets give you 4 weeks off. You would end up with an equation like this …

1 (more call) x 5 days a week x 48 weeks x 25% (closing ratio!) x $500.00

You would get $ 30 000.00 extra income from …. Just 1 more call per day!! $ 30 000.00

I don’t know about you, but there are few people I know who couldn’t do with an extra 30K!! and by just making 1 more call a day!
